Who would have thought that make ice cream at home is so easy? Here’s the recipe for delicious creamy Fiordilatte ice cream which is by the way a great flavor for ice cream sandwiches!
Freezing Time: according to your ice cream maker
or about 4 hours
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 300 ml milk
- 200 ml fresh cream
A pinch of fresh vanilla (optional)
Mix sugar and cream and whisk until the sugar dissolved, now add the cream. I like to whip it a bit so it gets nice and creamy. Pour your mix in the ice cream maker and follow the instructions. Super easy, no?
If you want to give it a try without an ice cream maker I suggest you will a bowl with ice, place the bowl with the mix inside and stir. Then put it in the freezer and stir it every 30 minutes until frozen.
