- 120 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 30 g melted butter
- milk as needed
- a pinch of salt
- a tsp oil
Whisk all of the ingredients except for the milk, then slowly add milk until you get an almost liquid mix.
Coat a frying pan, or even better a special crêpes pan with the oil and pour some of the batter in. Move the pan with a circular motion to cover the surface evenly with the batter. Remember that you want the crêpes nice and thin, so don't use too much of the mix. Cook for about 2 minutes, turn and cook for another couple of minutes. Now you can fill it with whatever you like: Nutella, butter and brown sugar, fruits and cream, ham and cheese, tomato and mozzarella... You get the point, just get creative! :-)
I personally love it with strawberries, melted chocolate and coconut!
